Industrial ProcessUnderground Water Storage Tanks |
Large volumes of clear water are often necessary for washing, cooling, and flushing functions in commercial / industrial applications.
Underground water storage vessels are used in food processing and pharmaceutical plants to store wash down water prior to release into the city sewer system.
Municipalities often require that high strength waste water be stored and pretreated to an acceptable level before allowing this water into their pipeline.
High volume water discharges may have to be held and discharged after midnight when treatment plant capacity is available.
In both applications, water must be detained in a tank for a period of time and then discharged under specific quality or volume guidelines.
